Practical information

Everything you need to know before boarding with us

How to get there

Our departure points are located in easily accessible ports in Ibiza. We will send you the exact location, directions and parking options with your booking confirmation.

If you are staying at a hotel or villa, we can help you arrange transport to the port. Contact us for more details.

What to bring on board

We recommend bringing: sunscreen (biodegradable preferred), sunglasses, a hat or cap, a towel, swimwear and light clothing. Also rubber-soled shoes with light-coloured soles for the boat.

For full-day excursions, you can bring a small backpack with your personal belongings. We have coolers on board to keep your drinks fresh.

Climate & seasons

Ibiza (June — September): Temperatures between 25 °C and 35 °C. Clear skies most of the time. Water reaches 26 °C in August. Spectacular sunsets from June to September.

Mediterranean Coast (October — May): Milder temperatures, between 15 °C and 25 °C. Ideal for uncrowded outings. Pleasant sailing conditions outside the coldest months.

Prices & payments

Prices vary depending on the experience, boat and season. Check each experience for indicative rates or request a custom quote.

We accept bank transfer, credit card and Bizum. A 30 % deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remainder is due 48 hours before departure.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the booked date. Between 7 and 3 days prior, 50 % of the deposit is retained. Less than 3 days or no-show: non-refundable deposit.

If weather conditions prevent departure, we offer a free date change or full refund. The decision is made the evening before in coordination with you.

Safety on board

All our boats carry full civil liability and accident insurance. We provide life jackets for all passengers, including children's sizes.

Our skippers hold professional licences, current medical certificates and extensive experience in the waters where we operate. A safety briefing is given before every departure.

Families & children

Families with children are welcome on most of our experiences. We have children's life jackets and our skippers adjust the navigation for extra comfort.

We especially recommend the "Family Day" and "Formentera Paradise Day" experiences for families. Children under 2 sail for free and children aged 2 to 12 enjoy reduced rates on selected experiences.

Languages

Our team speaks Spanish, English and Italian. From the first contact to the moment you step off the boat, we assist you in your language.

If you need service in another language, let us know and we will do our best to make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need previous experience to go on board?
No. All our trips include a professional skipper. You do not need any qualifications or prior experience.

Can the route be customised?
Yes. Every trip can be tailored to your preferences: stops, schedules, catering and activities. Tell us what you have in mind.

What if I get seasick?
Our skippers choose routes and speeds that minimise motion. We recommend taking seasickness medication 30 minutes before boarding if you are prone to it.

Is food and drink included?
It depends on the experience. Some include full catering, others offer a drinks service. Check the details of each experience or request a custom service.
