Limitation of liability

Avante Boats is committed to providing its services with the utmost diligence and professionalism. However, it shall not be liable for damages arising from circumstances beyond its control, including adverse weather conditions, port restrictions or any force majeure event. In the event of cancellation for such reasons, the client will be offered a date change or refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
